QA/QC Introduction

Our QC department currently has more than 40 full-time working QC staff that excludes the inspection staff owned by workshop. Since established, we have implemented a strict QC system, which meets or exceeds the ISO9001 quality examination requirements in some place.

Process of QC as follows:
1) Materials inspection after purchased  
2) Product prototype inspection
3) Self-inspection by workshops
4) QC staff random inspect semi finished products
5) QC staff random inspect finished products
6) 100% Inspection before shipment
